1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: A full refund is available if a refund request is made within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Please note that after this 24-hour period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Complete Non-Attendance of Training: A refund may be considered if the participant did not attend any part of the training sessions for which they registered, and this non-attendance was due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances such as severe illness, bereavement, forced relocation, or a natural disaster. In such cases, participants may also be offered the opportunity to attend a subsequent session instead of a refund.

    This refund is subject to a thorough review by our team, and please note that full refunds may not be issued due to the allocation of funds toward logistics and preparations for the class. The final decision on the refund amount will consider the specific circumstances and incurred costs.

  • Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Training: A refund may be considered if a participant attends the entire training, adheres to all instructions and requirements, and still feels that the training did not cover the promised content as advertised. The participant must provide specific details about what was missing or unsatisfactory, and our team will review the claim to determine if a refund is warranted.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

In your email, include your payment receipt, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant details regarding your non-attendance or the aspects of the training that were incomplete or unsatisfactory.
  2. Verification: Our support team will verify your request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  3. Refund Issuance: Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Training materials, resources, or software purchased separately from the training package.
  • Any fees incurred due to payment processing or currency conversion.
